Money and Happiness are Connected

This is a question everyone has asked themselves because people always want stuff that they can't afford , so they would think they would be happier if they couls get all that stuff they can't afford. But that's really materialistic, because you depend on things and objects in order to be happy. There is a lot to be happy about in life, like health, love , family and that kind of stuff that doesn't requier money. But when I say this, people say that a person that has a lot of money is usuallu happier than someone that lives in Africa and doesn't even have a house to live in. But I say: they didn't choose where to liveas well as you didn't choose to have money either, and that we can't control.
